Academic

Guided by our Catholic faith, Holy Spirit Catholic School provides a comprehensive curriculum, including the arts, to help form children who are faith filled and  academically challenged. The curriculum is based on the Science of Reading, best practice in teaching and learning, and essential skills through a multidisciplinary approach in order to challenge our students to reach their full potential.

While our learners discover the world around them through the new STREAM lab, study trips reinforce the academic standards and engagement in student centered learning. Participation in weekly mass and daily religion classes helps form a strong faith in our students and a desire to serve others.

Holy Spirit develop student leaders who own their learning and take pride in enhancing the lives of others. Our oldest lifelong learners embrace leadership opportunities such as participation in the National Junior Honor Society and fulfillment of school leadership roles through jobs and service.

Providing our Students the Best!

Holy Spirit is dedicated to continuously enhancing our educational environment, ensuring that both students and staff have access to the resources they need to succeed. By leveraging innovative technologies and instructional strategies, we create a more personalized and effective learning experience.

Our efforts include integrating advanced assessment tools that allow us to track progress and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that each student receives the attention and support they require. The analysis of student data results in tiered intervention and challenges that help all students prosper.

By fostering a culture of continuous growth and innovation, we maintain high standards of excellence that define Holy Spirit Catholic School. Students take ownership in thier own learning through goal setting, progress monitoring, and student-led conferencing. When Students are engaged and empowered, thier capacity is limitless!

Holy Spirit Catholic School: A Commitment to Faith and Education

Holy Spirit Catholic School, grounded in Catholic faith, offers a well-rounded curriculum that includes the arts and emphasizes religious education. Students learn Catholic beliefs, attend weekly mass, and prepare for first reconciliation and First Holy Communion in second grade. This comprehensive program fosters a deeper understanding of faith and encourages students to become compassionate, responsible individuals dedicated to serving others and making a positive impact.

In addition to weekly mass attendance, students participate in various religious activities and service projects throughout the year, reinforcing the connection between faith and action. These experiences help students to internalize the teachings of Christ and apply them in their everyday lives, fostering a strong moral compass and a lifelong commitment to their faith.

Warren Township Partnership

Tailoring Education to Individual Learning Styles

Every student has a unique way of learning. To better serve each student, we have partnered with the Warren Township School District. Together with Warren Township, we offer services including speech and language therapy as well as resource support. We also provide Warren staff with designated space at Holy Spirit, allowing them to deliver the necessary services to our students effectively.

Title Services

In addition to offering Special Education services, we are pleased to provide Title services through Warren Township. Our Title services help us identify students who could benefit from extra support. By collaborating with Warren, our teachers can offer after-school tutoring to these students. Additionally, we have Title teachers who work alongside our staff to deliver services in small group settings or directly within the classroom alongside Holy Spirit teachers.

Bus Services

We are fortunate to have a partnership with the Warren Township School Transportation Department. Holy Spirit Catholic School is located in Warren Township, and any student living within the township is eligible for transportation via the Warren bus for both pick-up and drop-off. This partnership ensures that our students have safe and reliable transportation to and from school, making it easier for families to manage their daily schedules. By working closely with the Warren Township School Transportation Department, we can provide a seamless and efficient service that prioritizes student safety and convenience. Our goal is to support families by reducing the stress of coordinating transportation, allowing students to focus on their education and enjoy their school experience to the fullest.

Scecina Memorial High School Partnership

Scecina Memorial High School serves as our east side high school and has enjoyed a long-standing partnership with us. This collaboration offers our students a variety of experiences, including attending mass, plays, and much more.

Exciting New Opportunity for 8th Graders

For the 2026-2027 school year, our partnership has expanded to include Algebra classes for our 8th grade students. Students who meet the requirement and are academically ready are invited to join the algebra classes. Upon successfully completing the Algebra course, students will earn a high school math credit that can be transferred to Scecina Memorial High School.
