Holy Spirit Ambassadors Program

The Holy Spirit Ambassadors program is an esteemed leadership initiative available to our 7th and 8th graders. Participants must complete an application process. In addition to their regular student responsibilities, ambassadors serve as representatives at school and public events, promoting our Catholic identity and school spirit. Ambassadors play a crucial role in fostering a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that guests feel at home when visiting Holy Spirit School. They are trained to provide insightful information about our programs, facilities, and the values that guide our mission.

The Ambassadors program selects students based on leadership potential, communication skills, and commitment to service. Chosen students must embody respect, kindness, and integrity, acting as role models for their peers. Participation in the Ambassadors program helps students develop public speaking skills, boost confidence, and understand their potential impact. It fosters pride and responsibility while contributing to the school's community and outreach efforts.

National Junior Honor Society

The Holy Spirit National Junior Honor Society offers our middle school students an additional opportunity for leadership. Seventh and Eight graders are invited to apply for  NJHS chapter based on their performance in statewide tests and academic accomplishments. Eligible students complete a questionnaire reflecting on how they exemplify academics, leadership, and service. A selection committee reviews these responses to determine official acceptance.

Once accepted, our NJHS members engage in various service projects throughout the year and proudly represent Holy Spirit Catholic School at different events. Participation in the NJHS not only highlights students' academic achievements but also encourages them to develop essential qualities such as integrity, dedication, and empathy. Members are expected to uphold the highest standards of conduct, both in and out of the classroom, serving as role models for their peers.

Holy Spirit Clubs

Holy Spirit Catholic School provides a diverse range of clubs for students, designed to align with their interests as well as those of the teachers and volunteers who assist in their organization. In the 2025-2026 school year, we were blessed to receive a special grant, enabling us to introduce several exciting clubs, including Cooking, Robotics, Art, and Fitness. Already in the 2026-2027 school year, new offerings such as Sewing Club and Board Game Club have been launched. These clubs provide students with the chance to explore new hobbies, develop skills, and connect with peers who share similar interests. Each club is guided by enthusiastic teachers and volunteers who are passionate about mentoring students and fostering a love for learning beyond the traditional classroom setting.

These clubs not only enhance students’ educational experiences but also promote teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills. By participating in these diverse activities, students at Holy Spirit Catholic School are empowered to discover their passions and develop a lifelong love for learning. We are excited to see our students grow and thrive as they engage in these enriching opportunities.
