Holy Spirit Toddler Room
The Holy Spirit Toddler Room welcomes children aged 12 months to 3 years. Our classroom accommodates 10 students with a teacher-to-student ratio of 1:5. We operate from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Holy Spirit Preschool
Holy Spirit Preschool invites children aged 3 to 5 years to join our nurturing environment. Our classroom comfortably accommodates 20 students, ensuring a teacher-to-student ratio of 1:10. We operate from 7:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Extended care is available for preschool families from 2:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at a nominal fee of $4 per hour.

ECLM Admissions Process
1. Inquiry
Start by completing our online inquiry form. This helps us understand your family’s needs and interests.

2. Schedule a School Tour
We invite families to observe our environment firsthand. To better understand our culture and activities, we aim to arrange school tours during operational hours. For the Toddler Room, this is typically scheduled in the morning before naptime or after naptime.

3. Discover Tuition and Financial Aid Options
Our tuition rates vary based on the child's age as well as parishioner and non-parishioner status. Holy Spirit ECLM is a certified childcare facility, allowing us to accept CCDF, which covers a significant portion of tuition.
4. Submit Application
Parents complete all the necessary forms that the admissions office will provide.
5. Collect Required Admissions Fee and Documents
There is a $225 registration fee per family that is required at the time of enrollment.
Required documents are:
- Birth certificate
- Baptismal certificate (if Catholic)
- Immunization records
- Medical Physical
6. Tuition Contract/Set Up OSV Account
A tuition contract is reviewed and signed by parents, making them responsible for their portion of tuition.
Once a tuition contract has been agreed upon, an OSV account will be created, where parents will establish an auto withdrawal account.
7. Preschool Family Group Interviews with Mrs. Gina Fleming
In contrast to our new families in K-8th grade, new preschool families participate in group interviews with our principal, Mrs. Gina Fleming. This interview serves as a chance for new families to meet and connect with Mrs. Fleming, while also allowing her to learn more about them. Additionally, it provides families with a clearer understanding of what it means to be a Holy Spirit Ram, along with the expectations for both students and parents/caregivers.
